How does your pricing work?
Everyone's needs are unique, so my pricing is built to be flexible. I will work with you to find a suitable package that provides what you need within your budget. This ensures you only pay for what you truly value. Photo and video packages have a base fee, while social media services come in a package discussed during consultation.
Are there group discounts?
Yes! If multiple people from the same barn need photos or videos, there will be a group discount. My travel fee will be distributed evenly among everyone.
do you travel?
Yes! I am based in the midwest, but would love to travel to work with you. Travel fees depend on distance but can be distributed among multiple clients in the same barn or area.
What if I need to reschedule?
Horses and the weather can both be unpredictable. I offer one complimentary reschedule for weather-related concerns or horse health issues. My priority is ensuring both you and your horse are comfortable and safe to get the best possible results.
When is the final payment due?
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance for your session and initial chosen package is due three days prior to our scheduled shoot date.
